Our philosophy is incredibly straightforward: harness the wisdom of martial arts and gymnastics to nurture healthier individuals today and instill these principles of well-being and serenity in our children and future generations.

At the 011 Athletics School, we are firmly rooted in the principles, values, and missions that martial arts and gymnastics have long championed for the betterment of individuals’ lives. We firmly believe that our classes should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, belief system, or ethnicity.

Above all, we view ourselves as a community of individuals, bound together by our shared humanity. It is our sincere intention to cultivate this innate humanity within ourselves and within society.

Martial Arts – Class Conduct

1- LEARN the fundamentals, the stories and be a complete athlete, not just a practitioner.

2- CONTROL YOURSELF emotionally and don’t get carried away by the moment.

3 – NEVER misuse of the knowledge  (e.g. fights in the streets).

4 – RESPECT the rules of the martial art.

5 – ALWAYS RESPECT THE PHYSICAL AND MORAL INTEGRITY OF YOUR GAME/FIGHT PARTNERS.

6 – ALWAYS respect and REVERENCE YOUR MASTERS.

7 – TRAINING in a dedicated way (starting, executing and finishing the classes and exercises requested).

8 – LISTEN to the technical instruction, if in doubt ask at the appropriate time.

9 – KINDNESS begets kindness

10 – Leave your EGO outside the classroom.

11 – Just to reinforce the importance of item 10.

As it is a practice that has physical contact between partners, it is extremely important that the fingernails and toenails are always trimmed, as well as sanitized and disinfected before the start of training, there will always be alcohol gel available with the teachers if you do not have it in your training bag.
